...just trolling the web yesterday to try and find 2-Step. This selection came just at the right time! And I was thinking that it was about high time for this stuff to start coming around again...time to reclaim the shuffle!

am i right in thinking that there is still no way to "play all" the tracks here ? i've bought many of these 14t selections, and will no doubt continue to do so ... but really ... having to go back to the computer and reclick every time after a track is starting to piss me off more than a little ... and a couple of people that I tried to turn on to this were like "you mean i have to sit in front of the mac clicking all day just to hear them ? get a life man" ... it can't be so hard can it ? happy new year to all ...

sure a play-all button would be nice, but why not just buy the selection and play it all proper at home, full quality audio, u know? Peas.

Wheel, i gotta say that if your 'friends' are not willing to sit in front of a comp for ten minutes checking out tunes then they are not music fans. I suggest they go back to i-tunes, mate. In the meantime, another superb 14 tracks, love the look and feel of the site - please don't change a thing...although if you ever do a 14 tracks with Apparat I would be in heaven!

-> edwin - yeh it would be nice, and thats all i'm saying - i already buy a lot of these things, but i'd probably buy a lot more if i could check 'em out while i'm NOT sitting monitoring it - as it is I spend 10-14 hours a day in front of a computer making music for a living, so my listening time is spent mostly as away from it as possible. -> opononi - its all well and good of you to decide who are music fans and who aren't - but out here in the real world, believe me, I can't see how making it more complicated for people to get into different things is a +. Are you saying that you actually prefer NOT being able to play all with one click ? Could you explain why ? If it's the actual clicking that gets you off you could just click randomly in the window, no ? Seriously i'm not trying to be rude,it's just that i'm not sure that i get where you're coming from ... wicked tunes btw

Having just seen Skream + Benga last week, who started their set with some fab 2step sounds, I've been wanting to grab some stuff. This is the perfect start :)

I imagine (although someone at Boomkat can probably confirm) that legally it might be difficult to have a 'play all' button as MCPS who collect royalities on bahelf of artists have strict rules concerning streaming tracks, previews, and the cost of each. As it is we get full length previews playing which is brilliant despite being interupted every 30 seconds by a 'bleep'. All other MP3 stores actually cut off each preview after 30 seconds and then you have to go and press play again to hear another 30 seconds. So what you get here is actually far more than you 'should' be allowed to hear. You press play just once for each track, rather then once for each 30 seconds. That's fine by me.

If i could throw my twopeneth into the '1 click play all' debate. i have no issues at all in pressing play for each track. i then decide which tunes are worthy of a purchase. the only thing which i find frustrating is that when i decide to buy all 14 trax (at the bargain price of £6.86; ) i still have to download each one individually. is there no way of a one click download the same as an album download? If Opononi gets his apparat heaven i'll be awaiting my FAX/Namlook heaven

Don't turn this fu*king amazing site into a forum for whingers. Be thankful that these guys are trawling through hundreds of hours of independent tunes to bring you these mind bending collections. Everyone can see they are making improvements to the site as they go, and of course this is dependent on constructive criticism. But remember show your love and appreciation because there's really no other site like it. Love to 14Tracks AND to boomkat. Thank you, peace.

Please tell me that you guys are going to release a 14 Tracks in the coming weeks for Various Production given Various Production is finally going to release their new album on about 2/9. You guys pretty much championed the group back in '06; you're the reason why I discovered them. There's many tracks a lot of us can't get, such as a quality digital version of "13" and the like.

I second the VARIOUS PRODUCTION SELECTION! The 'world is gone' album is a true favorite, bring on the selector!
